The ToolPRO Single Socket Deep 1/2" Drive 17mm is a quality chrome vanadium deep socket designed for long stud fasteners and sensors in engine bays and manifold work. The 12 point deep design reaches damage-free across stud fasteners and electronic sensors commonly found in tight engine bay applications, such as manifolds, carburettors and wheel nuts where standard shallow sockets cannot reach.
Chrome vanadium steel resists twisting and wear, while the polished finish protects against corrosion and abrasion and stays easy to clean. Colour coded bands and etched size markings make it simple to identify whether the socket is metric or SAE, and the 1/2" square drive design fits standard ratchets and breaker bars. This socket is not suitable for impact applications and is backed by a lifetime warranty.
