The ToolPRO Outside Micrometer is a precision measuring tool designed for brake rotors, bearings, shafts and any cylindrical, spherical or flat object requiring accurate thickness measurement. With a measurement range of 0–25mm and accuracy to 0.01mm, it delivers the precision needed for mechanical assembly, inspection and repair work.
The frame, spindle and anvil form the measuring head, with a graduated sleeve showing whole and half millimetre increments and a rotating thimble marked in 0.01mm divisions for fine adjustment. A ratchet stop provides constant measuring force, preventing over-tightening and ensuring consistent readings. The locking lever holds the spindle steady while you read the measurement or transfer the micrometer, and a calibration wrench is included to zero the tool before use.
The complete set includes a protective storage case for long-term accuracy. Occasional lubrication of the spindle keeps the mechanism smooth and extends the life of this precision instrument.
