The ToolPRO Engine Cylinder Hone Large is ideal for the confident and experienced mechanic who wants to de-glaze the bore when rebuilding their motor. It works on engines with bores as thin as 50mm all the way through to a massive 178mm bore diameter, making it suitable for most workshop rebuild projects.
The three 100mm medium grit hone stones produce a smooth, cross-hatch patterned bore wall ready for reassembly. An adjusting nut lets you vary spring pressure to control the exact contact pressure of the stones against the cylinder walls, giving you precise control over the honing finish.
