The Toledo Double Lap Flaring Tool and Tube Cutter creates single and double lap flares on copper, brass, mild steel and aluminium tubing. It suits custom brake lines and gas fitting work using a metric die block and flaring adaptors covering 4.75mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm sizes, with zinc coated steel construction that keeps the tool rigid for consistent results.
Tubing is cut to length first with the included mini tube cutter, which trims plastic, brass, copper, aluminium and mild steel tubing between 3mm and 15mm O.D. The complete flaring kit packs into a blow mould storage case, keeping the die block, adaptors and cutter organised and protected from damage or loss.
