The SCA Oil Filter SCO436 interchangeable with Z436 is engineered to protect your engine through multiple functions. Beyond simple lubrication, oil cools the engine and stabilises temperatures throughout the motor to prevent hotspots. The filter's high-grade internal filtering media captures steel particles that separate from cylinder walls during normal operation, transporting them safely away from moving components into the filter itself rather than letting them circulate and cause damage.
SCA oil filters feature a silicone anti drain-back seal that prevents oil from flowing backwards through the filter when the engine is off, ensuring even oil distribution throughout the engine on cold starts. The sturdy steel construction and spiral-wound core resist high-pressure cycles, whilst the design fits most domestically sold and imported vehicles as a direct replacement for the original filter.
