Perfect to be used as an earth strap for 12v engines on passenger cars, trucks, marine engines or even generators, this battery lead measures 18”, with a lead thickness suitable for any 12v application. Both ends of this lead are 10mm lug connections which allows it to be securely fastened to engine blocks and engine bays of vehicles where a 10mm thread and bolt is available.
750A peak rating refers to the short bursts of current the cable can safely handle for brief periods, such as during engine starting. The 100A continuous rating relates to the maximum current the 35mm² cable can carry safely over extended periods without overheating. Both ratings are important, ensuring the cable can deliver high starting power while maintaining safe, reliable performance during normal operation.
