The Penrite Universal Top Up Coolant is a premixed coolant for emergency top-ups. It safely mixes with all types and colours of ethylene glycol based coolants, including Organic Additive Technology (OAT), Hybrid Type A anti-freeze/anti-boil coolants and Type B corrosion inhibitor coolants. Its universal formula is ideal for situations where the existing coolant type is unknown.
Premixed with demineralised water at a 50% ratio, it is ready to use straight from the bottle with no additional mixing required. The neutral yellow colour is designed not to discolour other coolants when mixed at less than 10% of the cooling system capacity, and mixing above this level remains safe with no impact on coolant performance or protection. It protects all internal surfaces from corrosion including aluminium, remains compatible with all plastics, rubbers and seals, and features a phosphate-free formulation with extended-life inhibitor technology.
