A high-grade steel housing, manufactured using a draw and iron process, gains approximately 20% in tensile strength compared to conventional methods. The 4mm base plate provides one of the highest burst pressure rates available, assuring the filter will maintain its integrity under high compression. An AEM gasket creates a secure, heat- and oil-resistant seal between filter and engine block, while a premium silicon anti-drain back seal prevents oil drain-back during shutdown, extending filter service life and keeping the engine protected at all times.
