The Kincrome Impact Deep Socket Set Metric 1/2" Drive 14 Piece is engineered for impact drivers and pneumatic tools, combining Chrome Molybdenum (Cr-Mo) construction with a black phosphate finish to withstand heavy-duty work and resist corrosion. Peripheral Drive™ technology is the defining feature: it relocates the load to the flat sides of each fastener, increasing surface area contact and virtually eliminating rounding off — a common failure mode that turns a trapped bolt into hours of drilling and extraction.
The set spans 10mm to 27mm in one-millimetre steps, covering the majority of metric fasteners on passenger vehicles and machinery. Each socket is laser-etched for size, so you can pick the right one at a glance. An EVA storage tray keeps every socket in its place and makes the set portable to the job. Use only with impact-rated tools; never substitute standard Chrome Vanadium sockets, which can shatter under impact and cause serious injury.
