The Hardkorr Wiring Harness for XD Series & Hyperion Lightbars is designed to make installing your lightbar straightforward, reliable, and vehicle-friendly. Built specifically for Hardkorr’s Hyperion & XD Series, this 4-pin harness provides a clean connection while supporting advanced lighting features.
Featuring a 4-pin DTP output, the harness includes a dedicated circuit for daytime running lights (DRL), allowing full functionality of compatible Hyperion & XD Series lightbars. It supports both 12V and 24V electrical systems and automatically detects positive and negative switched vehicles, making it suitable for a wide range of modern setups.
The kit includes everything required for a professional install, including 12V and 24V relays, an illuminated dash switch, spare 30A fuse, blade fuse and mini blade fuse adaptor, plus HB3 and H4 piggyback adaptors. Rated to a maximum load of 25A at 12V DC, it’s built to handle demanding lighting applications with confidence.
