The Castrol Spheerol EPL2 NLGI 2 Lithium EP Grease Cartridge 450g is a lithium based extreme pressure grease for heavy duty bearings and chassis lubrication. It is formulated with highly refined mineral oils and fortified with extreme pressure (EP) additives plus corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, giving good film strength under medium to high loads. The grease operates across a wide temperature range and keeps its consistency in service for a long lubricant life.
Castrol Spheerol EPL2 is suited to plain roller and ball bearings and chassis lubrication, covering general automotive, industrial and marine applications. Its lithium thickener gives good adhesion so the film stays between lubricated surfaces, while good water resistance keeps the grease in place even where moisture is present. The grease also resists copper and steel corrosion, helping protect metal components from rust and oxidation.
