The ToolPRO Engine Cylinder Hone Small is designed to de-glaze and prepare small engine cylinders for reassembly. The hone suits cylinder bores from 32 to 89mm (1-1/4" to 3-1/2") found in lawn mowers, generators and small bikes. Coupled with a variable speed drill, the three medium grit hone stones create a smooth cross-hatch patterned bore wall that leaves the block ready for engine assembly.
An adjusting nut varies spring pressure to control hone stone contact with the cylinder walls, letting you tune the honing action to the bore condition. This tool handles the precision work of bore preparation quickly and easily without requiring specialist equipment.
