The Toledo MacPherson Strut Coil Spring Compressor is a specialty tool designed to safely remove and replace coils in most MacPherson-style suspension systems. The combination of single and double hooks provides a secure and adaptable fit, while a precision-engineered threaded rod minimises binding under load and makes the compression process safer and more controlled.
Each kit includes additional safety hooks that mount alongside the single hook for added security, significantly reducing the risk of coils suddenly springing back and causing injury or damage. The compressor is easily driven with a 1/2 inch drive wrench or socket, making coil spring replacement straightforward on most vehicles. Sold as a pair for a complete spring compressor set.
