Selleys Roof & Gutter Silicone Sealant 310g is a translucent, 100% silicone formula designed for building surfaces including metals, tile, cement sheeting, PVC and Colourbond roofing. The non-acid, non-corrosive neutral cure formula is UV and weather resistant, providing protection against sun damage. It offers superior flexibility at +/- 25% movement and up to 400% elongation.
This general purpose sealant suits roofing and gutter applications where a clear, flexible seal is required. It is guaranteed against crumbling, cracking or drying and has a 12-month shelf life. Store properly between uses to maintain product integrity.
