The Gates heater and coolant hose 15.9mm is engineered for heater systems and coolant circuits in automotive applications. This heavy-duty hose meets demanding SAE J20R3 Type EC Class D-1 and D-2 specifications with ECD resistance as defined by SAE J1684, delivering the performance and reliability required in larger heating and cooling circuits.
Compatible with all automotive coolants, corrosion inhibitors and water, the hose handles pressures up to 62 PSI and is not suitable for fuel, oil or brake fluid applications. Sold by the metre, allowing you to cut the exact length needed for your installation.
