The Century PS Series Battery PS1270 12V 7.4Ah (Century code PS1270S) is an AGM VRLA battery built for stationary standby and backup power applications. As a sealed, maintenance-free battery it eliminates the need for regular topping up, making it a reliable backup battery or UPS battery for communications and broadband equipment, alarm and security systems, computer servers and emergency lighting systems.
The PS1270S measures 151 x 65 x 93.5mm (99.5mm to the terminal) and weighs 2.5kg, with a T1 terminal type and E polarity for straightforward installation. Its non-spillable design allows mounting on virtually any angle except upside down, and a 10 to 12 year design life suits long-term standby installations. The battery is compatible with the Century CC6121.2 charger for maintenance charging.
