The Castrol Agri AS Trans Plus 20W-30 GL-4 20L 3362250 is a universal wet brake transmission and hydraulic fluid for tractors and farm machinery. It is formulated with anti-squawk (AS) characteristics that help minimise the effect of wet brake chatter, a common issue in oil-immersed tractor brakes. Its API GL-4 gear rating and SAE 20W-30 / 80W-85 viscosity suit the mixed transmission, hydraulic and wet brake systems found in most farm equipment.

Using a single universal oil across the tractor's transmission, hydraulic and wet brake systems reduces the number of different lubricants a farm needs to carry, simplifying servicing and avoiding the risk of misapplication. The fluid also provides outstanding gear wear protection and bearing durability, extending component life under the heavy loads typical of agricultural work.

This fluid suits most tractor and farm machinery manufacturers' requirements, and meets Massey Ferguson M1135 and Ford/New Holland ESN-M2C86-B specifications. It can be used where New Holland NH420A fluid is specified, making it a practical replacement across mixed equipment fleets.
