The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface to suit John Deere 6R Series Tractor CHJD1C allows you to upgrade to an aftermarket head unit while retaining factory steering wheel controls. The harness is fitted with a vehicle specific plug that connects directly into the existing John Deere 6R Series Tractor wiring, so no cutting of the factory wiring harness is required. It also retains the OEM USB input, AUX input, display and FM antenna.
An Aerpro APP9 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness and SWC Patch Lead (sold separately) simplifies installation further, connecting between the aftermarket head unit and this steering wheel control interface. A Steering Wheel Control Patch Lead (sold separately) is required to enable the steering wheel control functions, and the aftermarket head unit must be SWC compatible.
