The Aerpro Sony To ISO With Patch Lead Harness APP9SP5 is designed for various Sony aftermarket AV headunits with 16 pin connectors and steering wheel control compatibility. The kit includes an APP8 secondary ISO harness that converts the aftermarket headunit plug into a universal double ISO connector system, along with handbrake and reverse camera trigger wires for a straightforward installation into the vehicle wiring.
The steering wheel control (SWC) patch lead connects between the Sony aftermarket headunit and an Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodapter, sold separately, enabling the vehicle's factory steering wheel controls to keep working with the new headunit. Secure clips on the ISO connectors and headunit plug maintain a long lasting connection, though some hard-wiring may still be required to complete the installation.
