The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface to Suit Nissan Various Models CHNI3C lets drivers fit an aftermarket head unit while keeping factory steering wheel controls. It suits the Nissan Navara D22 (2006-2015), 350Z Z33 (2003-2008), X-Trail T30/T30II (2001-2007), Murano Z50 (2005-2008), Skyline V35 350GT (2001-2006), Pathfinder R51 (2005-2007), Patrol GU (1997-2009) and Elgrand E51 (2002-2007), connecting via a vehicle specific 6 and 10 way Nissan plug with no cutting of factory wiring required. A Type C steering wheel control patch lead (sold separately) is required to activate the steering wheel control functions, and the harness provides output feeds for illumination and amp remote.
Installation is simplified when paired with the Aerpro APP9 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness & SWC Patch Lead, which connects between the aftermarket head unit and the interface. The kit includes the interface, wiring harness and an instruction manual. Vehicles fitted with Bose audio require the amp to be manually triggered via the amp trigger wire located in the 6 pin harness.
