The Tridon Oil Pressure Sensor ECU Control TPS073 is a direct-replacement oil pressure sensor designed for vehicles that use an electronic ECU-controlled circuit. The sensor reads oil pressure and transmits the signal to the engine management system, enabling the ECU to monitor and respond to pressure changes in real time. It uses an M14 x 1.5 thread and requires a 27mm spanner for installation.
Note that a scan tool may be required to reset the vehicle's ECU after fitting this sensor. Tridon oil pressure senders and sensors are packaged in blister packs with vehicle make, model, year and engine size listed for straightforward part identification.
