MTN PRO Seal Coating 400mL White is a rubber-based spray sealant engineered to seal leaks and small cracks in roofs, metal or plastic pipes and PVC tubing. It creates a waterproof, flexible layer that protects and waterproofs a wide range of surfaces, both indoors and outdoors, on horizontal and vertical applications alike.
MTN PRO Seal Coating offers high sealing and waterproofing potential and is easy to apply and repaint, providing excellent adhesion on porous surfaces. It is touch dry in 30 to 45 minutes and fully cured within 24 hours, can be recoated after 30 minutes, and resists temperatures up to 100°C, making it suited to ongoing maintenance and protection of roofing, pipework and other porous materials.
