The Gulf Western Outboard TC-W3 2 Stroke Oil 4 Litre is an ashless engine oil designed for most water-cooled two-stroke outboard motors, whether they run premix or an oil injection system. It is certified to NMMA TC-W3, the industry standard outboard manufacturers reference as the minimum performance level for two-stroke marine lubricants. The oil meets the warranty requirements of Mercury, Johnson, Evinrude, Yamaha, Mariner, Force, Suzuki and Tohatsu engines calling for TC-W3 performance.
On the water, the ashless formulation helps keep pistons, exhaust ports and spark plugs free of power-robbing deposits while producing a low-smoke exhaust, so the engine stays cleaner over a season of everyday boating. It suits both relaxed weekend trips and sustained high-performance running in outboards that specify TC-W3 oil. The oil is dyed blue, making it easy to identify at the fuel dock or in the workshop.
Outboard TC-W3 suits most water-cooled 2 stroke outboard engines, including those fitted with oil injection systems calling for NMMA TC-W3. It is supplied in a 4 litre pack and is not intended for air-cooled two-stroke equipment such as mowers, brushcutters or chainsaws, which call for a different oil specification.
