The Aerpro Headunit Antenna Adapter AP3421 amplifies the received FM signal before it reaches your stereo, ideal for in-window fitted antennas or hard-to-tune stations. It connects inline between a European antenna and an aftermarket stereo, drawing 12VDC power to drive the amplifier circuit.
The adapter suits a range of European vehicles originally fitted with window-mounted antennas, including Audi A3 (2000 to 2003), A4 (1996 to 2008), A6 (1997 to 2001), A8 (1995 to 2003) and TT (2000 to 2006), Volkswagen Passat (1998 to 2005) and Beetle (2000 to 2010), Holden Astra TS (1998 to 2005), Porsche Cayenne (2002 to 2008) and Alfa Romeo Brera (2006 to 2011). It uses a standard DIN plug on the head unit side for straightforward installation.
