The Century ISS Active EFB Stop Start Car Battery S95 MF 680CCA is an Enhanced Flooded Battery (EFB) built for passenger vehicles fitted with Idle Stop-Start (ISS) systems. Rated at 680 CCA with 70Ah capacity and a 130 minute reserve capacity, it is designed to handle the frequent engine restarts and electrical demands of stop/start driving. The EFB chemistry offers improved recharge efficiency and cycling performance over a standard flooded battery, helping extend service life in tough New Zealand conditions.
The S95 MF is housed in a 258mm x 172mm x 199mm case (220mm to the terminal), with a C terminal arrangement and STD terminal type. It features a maintenance free, sealed design with carry handles and a built in state of charge indicator for quick condition checks. After fitting, the vehicle's battery management system may need to be reset or the new battery registered so the stop/start system continues to operate correctly.
The S95 MF replaces Bosch S95L, Varta S-95 and Yuasa S95 equivalents, making it a straightforward swap for vehicles originally fitted with these battery codes.
