The Century 12V 1/3/6A 9-Stage Battery Charger CC1206 is designed to charge and maintain lead-acid batteries including calcium SMF, AGM, flooded, EFB and gel types. Selectable 1A, 3A or 6A output settings let you match the charge rate to batteries ranging from 3Ah up to 120Ah, from small motorcycle batteries through to larger automotive and deep-cycle units. The 9-stage fully automatic smart charging process moves through desulphation, soft start, bulk, absorption and maintenance modes to optimise battery condition over time.
The CC1206 includes a 3 volt activation function that can recognise and begin charging deeply discharged batteries, along with patented rejuvenation technology that helps break down crystallisation on the battery plates. Internal overheat and short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection and built-in safety timers work together to protect both the charger and the connected battery during use. Heavy duty output connectors and an eco power mode complete a compact 185 x 87 x 50mm unit weighing 0.83kg, suited to garages, workshops and home battery maintenance.
