Super Cheap Auto (New Zealand) Pty Ltd (NZBN 9429036715527) is a subsidiary of Super Retail Group Limited ACN 108 676 204 ("we", "us" or "our").

When you create a Supercheap Auto Club account, we collect your name, email address and phone number. You may also choose to provide your residential or delivery address.

We collect this information to:

1. establish, administer and manage your Supercheap Auto Club account, including providing points, rewards, benefits, and other membership services;
2. process and manage purchases, orders and transactions associated with your account;
3. communicate with you about your account, membership, rewards and other service-related matters;
4. understand your preferences, interests and interactions with us, including through analytics and AI-enabled technologies, so we can personalise your experience, improve our products and services and deliver more relevant content, offers and communications; and
5. where you have not opted out, send you marketing communications, promotions and offers.

We may combine, match and link personal information held across Super Retail Group businesses to recognise you across our brands, manage memberships and accounts and personalise your experience.

If you do not provide your name, email address and phone number, we may be unable to create and manage your Supercheap Auto Club account.

We may disclose your personal information to other companies within Super Retail Group and to service providers who help us operate our membership program, provide technology and customer support services, fulfil orders, conduct analytics and deliver communications.

Some of our service providers and related companies are located overseas. As a result, your personal information may be disclosed to recipients in Australia, China, Germany, Singapore, India, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
