What type of bulbs can Supercheap Auto fit for me?
Supercheap Auto can fit a wide range of common vehicle globes, including headlights, tail lights, brake lights, indicators, and park lights. Please note that we are unable to fit reverse light bulbs.
Does Supercheap Auto fit LED or HID bulbs, or just standard halogens?
Supercheap Auto only offers fitment for standard halogen bulbs. Due to additional risks and Australian Design Rule (ADR) compliance requirements, we do not perform installations for LED or HID bulbs.
Do I need to book a bulb fitment service at Supercheap Auto?
In most cases, no booking is required for bulb fitment. Our team can usually assist you on the spot; however a quick pre-inspection may be necessary to confirm your vehicle's suitability and bulb accessibility. During periods of high demand or inclement weather, we recommend contacting your local store as a booking may be required to complete the service.
How much does bulb fitment cost at Supercheap Auto?
Bulb fitment costs around $15 for non-members, while Club members enjoy a discounted rate of $12. If you need multiple bulbs replaced at once, we offer a multi-bulb fitment for $20 ($16 for Club members). For up to date costs, it's best to check our fitment and service pricing list.
How long does a bulb fitment take at Supercheap Auto?
Most light globe fitments are quick and easy, typically taking only a few minutes. However, some vehicles may take longer depending on the complexity and accessibility of the bulb housing. After a quick pre-inspection, our team can advise roughly how long the installation will take.
Can Supercheap Auto fit bulbs to any vehicle make or model?
We can fit bulbs to a broad range of vehicles, but some models may fall outside our service scope due to complex designs. To ensure a safe and proper installation, a quick pre-inspection may be required to confirm if our team can proceed with your specific make and model.
Can I buy bulbs online and have them fitted in store?
Yes, simply add the fitment service to your Click & Collect order or bring your online purchase into the store. As bulb accessibility can vary by vehicle, a quick pre-inspection will be required when you arrive to confirm our team can safely complete the installation.
How do I know which bulbs fit my car make and model?
There are three easy ways to find the right bulbs for your vehicle. You can simply enter your car rego into "My Garage" on the Supercheap Auto website to see compatible parts. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code in store. If you're still unsure, ask a team member to help identify the correct bulbs and fitment types for your specific vehicle.
