The Oricom MX500 is a full powered 5 Watt transmission power output VHF marine radio. It is built to suit tough Australian conditions, including being IP67 rated to be waterproof if it happens to drop overboard. The unit will also float and flash to provide easy location and retrieval. There is a a backlit display to be easy to read in a variety of conditions, and keypad lock to prevent changing settings when not required. The unit complies with international standards and frequencies.
