What is Club Plus and what are the benefits?

Club Plus is Supercheap Auto’s membership program which gives members access to these exclusive benefits:

  • Our Club Plus Price Promise - if the product you've purchased goes on special within two weeks, we'll credit the difference direct to your Club account
  • Receipt-free warranty – receipts for every purchase made on your Club account are kept for you
  • Club Specials – Get access to special pricing on a range of products each month
  • Email Updates – Receive email notification of catalogues and upcoming sales as well as exclusive offers, member competitions and new product information
  • Club Competitions – Exclusive competitions that are open to Club Plus members only
  • Club Events – Exclusive shopping events just for members

Is there a joining fee?

Yes, there is a once off joining fee of $5 and you will receive $10 sign up credit to use in store and online

Can I use my $10 sign up credit immediately?

If you sign up in store your $10 sign up credit will be available once you have activated your membership and set up your online account. If you sign up online your sign up credit will be available as soon as your have completed sign up.

How does the Club Plus Price Promise work?

If the product purchased by a club member goes on sale within 14 days after the date of the original purchase, the difference between the original purchase price and the sale price will be automatically credited to the club member’s account as a Loyalty Credit.

Loyalty Credits will be applied to the club member's account within 24 hours following the sale start

Club Members will receive notification via email after Loyalty Credits have been applied to their club member account. To spend Loyalty Credit, club members must identify themselves as a Club Members at a SCA store before making their next purchase, or be logged into their membership account on the website before completing an online purchase.

Example: On Monday, you head in to your nearest Supercheap Auto store and buy a set of car seat covers for the full price of $50. On Wednesday, the same car seat covers are in the Supercheap Auto catalogue for $35. A credit for $15 is automatically put on your club account. You can then use the $15 credit towards your next purchase, provided it is spent within 28 days after which the credit expires.

Will my membership expire?

Your Club Plus membership does not have an expiry date

How do I become a member?

You can become Club Plus member at your local Supercheap Auto store or online here

What if I don’t have an email address?

You can still join Club Plus in store however you will be unable to activate your membership online and monitor if any loyalty credits you may have received. We will be unable to contact you via email to let you know you have received credits or notify you upcoming promotions or member specials.

I’ve just joined Club Plus online. When will I receive my membership card?

Membership cards can take up to 10 business days to process. If you have not received your Club Plus card within 10 working days of joining the Club, please contact our Customer Interaction Centre on 0800 500 605.

In the meantime, you can still shop using your new Club Plus membership. If shopping in store please advise the team member that you are a member. A search will be performed based on your Name and email address. All purchases will then be applied to your membership.

I’m having trouble logging into my Club Plus account via the website.

If I have signed up in-store, how do I activate my membership online and obtain my $10 credit?

To activate your membership online, you need to keep an eye on your inbox for the email which is sent to you as soon as you sign-up in-store. This email will have a link to the website which contains temporary login details.

Simply click this link – you will then need to update your details and set up your online account. As soon as you press submit, your membership will be activated and your $10 joining fee credit will be assigned to your card.

Loyalty Credits

Do I receive a sign up credit when I join?

Yes, if you pay the $5 joining fee you will receive a $10 Loyalty credit is issued and is valid for 56 days.

If you sign up in store your $10 sign up credit will be available once you have activated your membership and set up your online account. If you sign up online your sign up credit will be available as soon as your have completed sign up

How do I receive more credits?

Make sure you swipe your Club Plus card every time you shop in store, or login to your Club Plus account when shopping online. If you purchase an item and it goes on sale at a better price within 2 weeks of your purchase you will be credited the difference. You will then have 28 days to spend your Loyalty credits.

How do I know when I receive credits?

If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email every time you receive loyalty credits. If you are an existing member and haven’t provided us with your email address and would like to receive credit notifications please contact our Customer Interaction Centre on 0800 500 605.

How do I see my credit balance and purchase history?

You can view your credit balance and purchase history at any time by logging into your Club Plus account here

Where can I spend my credits?

You can spend your loyalty credits at your local Supercheap Auto store or online here or on 0800 500 605 and we can arrange to send you a new card in the mail.

If I lose my card do I lose my credits?

No, your credits are connected to your membership and not your card. Please notify us as soon as possible so that your lost card can be cancelled. When you receive a new card this will be linked to your existing membership

Where can I get a new card if I have broken my card?

Drop into your nearest store, they will be able to issue you a new one

What if I have forgotten my card when I am in store?

Advise the team member that you are a member. A search will be performed based on your Name and email address. All purchases will then be applied to your membership.

Cancelling My Membership

Can I cancel my membership if I am not happy?

If you are not happy with your Club Plus membership please let us know here. We value your feedback and would like to try and fix any issues you may be experiencing.

However if you would like to cancel your Club Plus membership and receive a refund on your $5 membership fee you can do this at your local Supercheap Auto store or by contacting our Customer Interaction Centre on 0800 500 605.

Can someone else cancel my membership?

No, you will be required to provide identification details to cancel a membership
