During the current level 4 lockdowns being observed across New Zealand, we are only able to sell Car, 4wd, Truck and Motorcycle Batteries via our phone sales team. Our phone sales service is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Batteries will be available for contact-free collection from selected pick up points around the country.

Can I return a battery order?

During the level 4 lockdowns, we are unable to offer a change of mind refund. On the rare chance you are provided with the incorrect battery, our team will look after correcting this issue for you. Please contact the team on 0800 722 022 for any return enquires.

How do I know which battery is right for my car?

Our sales team will ask you a series of questions to ensure that the correct battery is selected. Please have your registration and any existing battery details ready.

What locations can I collect a battery?

Batteries can be collected from most metro areas. Please contact our team directly to discuss your nearest pick up point.

Can I use my Club Plus card for the purchase?

No. We are unable to process Club Plus cards or credits over the phone at this current point in time.

Can the battery be fitted to my car?

No. Unfortunately we are not offering battery fitment during this time.

Is Afterpay or Zip Pay available?

No. Unfortunately we are only able to process full payments over the phone using a credit card.

Will my battery be covered by a warranty?

Yes. Warranties are applied to the products in the exact same way as if you purchased directly from our stores or website.
