A gear puller is an incredibly handy tool for removal of stuck or small tolerance pulleys or gears. The centre of the bolt on the puller has a pointed centre allowing it to locate in the centre point of the shaft that the gear or pulley is mounted on. With the two outer jaws firmly locked behind the gear or pulley, the bolt on the gear puller can then be tightened allowing the jaws to slowly pull the gear off of the shaft. The ToolPRO 2 Jaw 75mm gear puller is made from incredibly tough drop forged vanadium steel to ensure no breakages or bends occur from the high tension experienced during pulling. This puller has a 3" or 75mm capacity which is large enough for many gears or pulleys found in automotive or mechanical applications.
