Can I order online and pick up from my local store?
Unfortunately this option is not currently available unless you are using Click and Collect.

Where are the orders sent from?
Orders will be despatched from any one of 3 Hub Stores located in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and actual despatch point is dependant on proximity to the customer and available stock on hand.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt and delivery within 7 working days from dispatch. Delivery times will vary for regional and remote locations or when products are temporarily out of stock.

Are your Online prices the same as in your stores?
Our Online store pricing is based on our Metropolitan store pricing variations due to regional pricing or local promotions may occur. Certain catalogue specials may not be available online.

Can I use a Supercheap Auto Gift Voucher to purchase online?
Currently this option is not available.

Can I change my order after I have received a confirmation email?
Unfortunately we can only cancel orders in their entirety once confirmed and cannot simply amend it.

Can I have my order sent to my place of work?
Yes. When you place an order you are asked to enter the shipping details if different from contact details.

Can I have an item purchased Online fitted at one of your stores?
Yes provided we offer a fitment service for the item in question. Conditions do apply for fitments please contact your local store for details.

Can I use my Trade Account Card for discounts on products bought Online?
Unfortunately we only offer the Trade Discount for purchases in our retail stores.
